Dear Supercell, this is my earnest request to you, please release the thrilling game to windows os so that windows phone users can play it as well... though only 5% of the world is using windows phone but still if they get coc in their phone, I know smile will surely come on their faces..so plzz supercell release the game for windows. I shall be obliged if u kindly accept my request.
You can download an android emulator for windows phone.
SC is not interested in moving to a new platform, not in the near future at least. By moving on windows, they will open the doors to a whole new world of security risks.

Also @OP, Windows isn't secure as Manyolo said, and also there is very little market and porting and upkeep of servers...too much.
