If someone is invited to determine whether the person is invited.
At present it is not clear who will be invited. (leader is problem for select list)

I think you should be able to pause the boost on barracks so if you boost all barracks and you can't train some troops in one barrack you can pause it once some troops have finished training in that barrack

Regarding my own opinion on this, it'd cut profits, so I don't see this happening...
It could actually increase profits. If someone can't play during the entire boost, they probably won't boost at all.

They are changing the boost to 5 gems for 1 hour so that should help.
