They wouldn't depend solely on TH snipes, many of them TH7s used to use dragons to get 50% on max bases. I agree the update would make life tough for them, but where there is will....
They would still maybe stand tall, and probably revolt towards Sc for these "unfair acts". Maybe even might grow stronger but who knows what could happen?

50% w th7 is possible w drags. drop one at each corner and each face, exploit weaknesses in base design, etc. ive done it in war from time to time as a loot raid.
Im hearing all this RIP this, RIP that. I think you guys under estimate the advantage of being able to attack through a shield. It sounds to me like it will balance things out. Game play will change a bit. Base designs will change a bit. If it gets too bad, SC will fix it like they always do with a new roll out.
