Is the TH going to change its look. If not it should look like the CC wherby you can look at the storage on top of the CC.

Probably but they haven't release renderings. It is just a graphical change anyhow. You can tell how much is in the TH by looking at the other storages. If they are full, the TH is full. It distributes loot evenly across all storages.

From the looks of it no. However, I would be opposed to installing storages on top of the TH simply because of how the top is used to discern diff TH levels. I wouldn't mind having storages elsewhere though.

You got a good point there. But I guess they could render it so the storage's look different at each level.
