Testing server? (Just asking)

So I am thinking is there any way to test out new features and to help the dev team to fix bugs before the actual release, like LoL has the PBE server?

Ok they have people who get payed to do that, their called the Beta Testers.

Theres no such thing other than Developer ipads given by SC to few selected people. Nobody gets to try the new additions before update but SC team.

Betas are not released because SC believes they can do so on their own. Also, this would kill sneak peek hype in a way.
