new hero unlock on town hall 9

This would make TH10 become totally pointless. It would be the worst TH level. Th10s won't get this let alone th9s. A th9 shouldn't be able to attack a th11 well. If they could then defensive play would be utterly pointless.

i have taken back the words that i have said after seeing the new defense in action with the new hero ! the new defense is just like a lev 3 mortar

TH9 is not supposed to be able to destroy a th11, like th7 isnt supposed to destroy a th9.

and no the new hero should be available for th11 ONLY. Because th9 is finished.
If you want new content go ahead and progress in the game and upgrade your townhall.
