The Chat Box In the centre left position of Hay Day Screen is only Visible in our own Farm,Fishing Area and Town ... When we go to others farm, it won't be visible at all....It's Very annoying when we try to sell or buy something between Neighbourhood Members....

This has been bugging me for a while too. This would be very helpful, especially when you are looking for something for a neighbor. That way you know when to stop looking! Plus, you can stay up-to-date with your nbs while looking at other farms.

I as well have thought this would be a great idea, especially when youre trying to trade and dont want to go back and forth from farms to communicate!
