Since we created the clan just over 2 months ago, we are 31-2. However...we have never been outright beaten! Our only 2 losses are ties lost on tiebreakers by a COMBINED 2.2%. We are 10-1 against L5 and L6 clans.
We are an L4 clan but will be at L5 by Christmas.

We are looking for dedicated, active players who want to win a friendly, active environment. We split off from two different level 6 clans after getting sick of the drama and bickering. We are looking for TH5s through TH9 (with a particular emphasis on TH6, 7 and 9...especially 9's) who have good bases and troops for their TH level. We are very willing to help new players learn the game, but we can't help you if your base is painfully rushed.
We would be interested in a TH10 with a solid understanding of the war attack strategies necessary at TH10. Please don't waste your time or ours if you are rushed or if you struggle to get a star against other TH10s.
For new players, we know what it takes to help you make the best account possible so that you can minimize the frustrations that plague most newcomers and put yourself in a position to start enjoying success right away. There is a right and a wrong way to play this game...most people don't really know what they are doing. Learn the right way right away!
For the more advanced player, we offer a clan that knows how to win and what it takes from the entire clan to continue winning. Most of us came from a clan that was 61-6 from its start. We have continued that as Silent Crew. We are currently on a 15 win streak and have scored 7 perfect wars in that stretch.
We have been doing mostly 15-20 person wars. We look to fine tune the team we have any every level before moving on to the next. We like to win and do whats necessary to make that happen. We are looking for only the best players out there to help us continue that.
Basically, you will have to look hard to find a newer clan who is doing what we do.
We are looking for:
· TH5-TH9 (possible TH10 if you fit what we are looking for)
· No rushed bases! This is an absolute, no exception rule.
· Accounts that show they have focused on OFFENSE first. For example, you can't have upgraded TH8 defenses but L2 Dragons and L1 Hogs. You are a problem, not a help.
· Dedicated, active members willing to play as a team.
· We war back to back, with the next war generally being declared immediately after war concludes.
· Willingness to learn and/or help your fellow clanmates learn and improve is an absolute MUST! No one is put down, demoted, kicked out for trying their best. We don't tolerate any negativity related to others attacking when those people are trying to learn.
· Promotions are earned based on performance...clans that give out promotions to get you to join generally have no clue what they are doing.
· We do require the use of a free, external chat app, Groupme, for all of our war preparations and general chatting. It is FAR easier to chat in there than on the in-game chat. Once you try it you will see why we use it.
Since we don't accept new members during war generally, please mention in your message that you saw this recruiting announcement on the Clash forum.

HELP US GROW QUICKLY! By the time we hit L5 status there will be very little chance for a leadership position, so if you are interested in working your way up to that, best to get in now.
