new hero idea for maybe th12

i was thinking of a hero that would freeze attacking units such as heros, cc troops, and defences and also do normal damage on other buildings. it will do splash damage. its ability would be a small freeze spell around it wherein it also freezes. the hero will be similar to a wizard.

Too overpowered.... Might as well toss that idea in the trash.
