How to tell if a clan in ♥♥♥♥♥ing in Clan War? What to do about it?

Please un-delete my thread on this, or if it was moved, please show me where it was moved. Legitimate question. Thank you.

there are many ways in which a clan can ♥♥♥♥♥ in wars so there's really no 100% sure way to know if they are or not. unfortunatly there's nothing u can do about it except hope you win anyways

The most obvious one would be if their low base attacks your high base, drops 1-2 troops which does not set off any traps nor pull cc, they don 0% damage, and they quit within a few seconds of starting the raid. From that, we are pretty sure they are using illegal third party apps, however we cannot prove it. All you can do is report it to SC. They probably won't ban them (as we cannot prove it with 100% certainty), but I hope SC will see all the complaints and realise how big of a problem this is, and will put in more efforts to fix it instead of tinkering with things that are fine and never needed fixing.
