New clan looking for active mature members

Hi my name is Tartanspartan01 I'm 31 and from the UK, I'm th8 and our clan is called : Flawless V

I'm looking for active, friendly, enthusiastic players who can lead by example and help kickstart a new clan, if you can help shape the clan to be a friendly place where likeminded players can share troops fairly and treat each other respectfully then you are very welcome to join.
We are English speaking only and are currently accepting any members but we need some more players in the range of TH7-10 to give us better balance for war and more diversity in general.
There is currently 3 co leader roles I would like filled, which will be given after a small period of time when loyalty and effort is demonstrated effectively, many casual clans have very passive co leaders who become trigger happy and complacent I look to solve that by giving them set roles and only having enough leaders, not to many.

I would never poo poo an idea without hearing someone out lol ☺ if we have similar aims it seems like a good idea to merge, I need co leaders with good intention and more members, I currently have 13 members. What did you have in mind? Or what would it take to persuade you guys to cmon over an make things happen?

The reason I don't think you'dl ike to merge is because I want you guys to merge with us, but seeing you are a bigger new clan I do not really think you want that . But we do strivce for the same things, I'm just tired of all the clans I've tried to be in with bad leadership, so I'm doing one myself since I do got experince. I used to be a clan leader in League of Legends, raidleader/guildleader in World of warcraft. Also leader for some projects.

If by any chance you would merge with us, you surely could have a co-leader role to help out and make decision.
