-barb king lvl 5+
-hogs lvl 3+.
-175+ war stars
Th9 requirements,
-combined hero lvls of 25+
-max hogs
-must be proficient with a consistent 3 star strategy whether it'd be with max hogs, lavaloonion, etc.
