Hero need to be an instant upgrade!

I have always thought that a better way to handle the hero upgrades would be to have a hero lab. Yes, you would only be able to upgrade one at a time, but it would work the same way as the other lab. The unit being upgraded is still usable but at the lower level until the upgrade finishes.

This would allow use of upgrading heroes in war, farming, whatever. And if only one upgrade is allowed at a time, people may still gem time if they collect enough de for the next upgrade..
