Hey there guys! so during break at school I had logged into my account to do a coupe raids and chat on global, but something was off. When I collected my resources, only 4000 came out of each. Then, when I looked at my camps, I saw that the ♥♥♥♥er had trained up Giants, Archers, Barbarians and minions. Im lucky ive already changed my name. Im sure that none of my siblings or family members could have gotten to my phone since they dont know my passcode. And I havent logged onto my account on any other devises. I dont know what to do. Any help??

Maybe you left your device unattended, and a 'friend' or relative played it, and or linked it to their device. Has this happened again or was it only that one time?

First of all, change all your passwords for your own safety. Step 2, either wait and monitor your account to make sure that is indeed compromised or contact support and explain your situation. They might be able to tell you if somebody else used your account.

no, I always turn of my phone and as I said, I have a passcode. And none of my family members know how to play so I dont think the could train GiBAM

Check your emails current device login, then you can tell weather your account was ♥♥♥♥ed or being played by your relatives.

Well as it is impossible to have your account h@cked directly, you must have either fallen for a third party app scam, or someone has compromised your email etc.
This is rare though, so please reconsider the other possibilities I are you, because it has to be one of them.

Well I just found something. Says my account was logged into by a mac and a samsung galaxy note II. Neither of them are owned by me, my family or anyone else I know. Im starting to get a little freaked out

So that leaves the third party app, someone linking your device to theirs, someone else knowing your password or your email has been compromised. (I doubt it's the last option, but you never know)

You haven't mentioned whether it's android or Apple.

change your password immediately and contact support to temporarily lock your village until you gain full control of your account again, it is optional but i recommend to back up your data and do a reset on your device.
