Hey guys I need opinions on this base I just built is there anyway I could protect my storages more?

The only thing you could do is switch them for your inner defenses except for the wizard tower which could stay in the middle. It might help because your still getting the same coverage

If I put the mortars on the outside that they will be able to be taken down easily because of the little range it doesnt shoot

Your designs seem solid, its just difficult at that th to defend your loot

the second one would do better against a standard archer/bRb raid though
