It's a big yes from me another rank would be nice.
The way I run our clan is that there's me the leader and my co then I have ATM 2 elders and they are there to make any decisions when my self or my co are not around, and it works well. We all know where we are and if a decision needs making I can trust in my elders.
But it would be nice to have another rank to put older clan members in, I appreciate everyone in my clan but Im not going to make everyone an elder as it would spoil our management system.
