Isn't that your problem? You changed it to a curse word, and that's not allowed. If you had appealed to SC for them to change your name to something less offensive, then they might've. You didn't. You just did something stupid.
That's like saying you hate hospitals because you intentionally cut off your arm and they gave you a prosthetic one for free and you don't like the way it looks.

SC has already stated that they will be limiting the name change to one time only. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!

Because it was an unnecessary question. You had a name, you changed it to a prohibited word using your one granted change. You asked SC to change it, and they did. They could have just banned you permanently and been done with it but they changed it for you instead. Now you want another oportunity to change it even though you squandered 2 attempts to make a name for yourself? You have shown supercell you dont have the self control or maturity to create an acceptable name. Yea, I would tell you no as well. You should be thankful they didn't name you fluffybunny or barneythedinosaur or littleballoffur.
This is not an attack on you. Read it as a learning lesson. Think about your actions and what will happen if you do something a certain way. Everything has a result, and it could be positive or negative. Every cause has affect, every negative action has a consequence.
