easy fix to modders practising attacks

firstly, sorry for my bad English but I think you can understand atleast a little bit.

I think an easy fix would be; you only being able to scout bases for 30 seconds, both in CW, allied bases, global bases.

after these 30seconds are done, you'll automaticly be sent back to your own base overview.

which makes it impossible for modders to practise their whole attack? only the begining.

This doesnt solve everything, but atleast not being able to practise a 3minute battle for "free".

The mod software would easily be able to override this if it was implemented..

I guess, But if SC can somehow see which ones who are overstaying their time scouting? Not sure if possible, or if the modders would find a way around it somehow too..
