Why is everyone deliberately ignoring my point whenever I bring it up?

If it's unprovable and doesn't make a difference, then why do most games have this rule?

Honestly, griefing is a distinct word in gaming environment and most games (online, not limited to MMOs) have a crystal clear rule saying "No griefing allowed". A few games even go further and describe what "griefing" means in their game and point out various punishments against it. We don't have a rule that's even close to saying "no griefing allowed", the rule that you pointed out is vague enough already. What is the spirit of the game? Is the spirit of the game against "joining open clans, getting leader and kicking everyone IN ORDER TO TEACH THEM A LESSON not to do it again (lol)"?

I do c what ur saying, though my posts may say otherwise, but.like I have mentioned before, even the forums have rules against trolls (greifers) yet the game itself does not

In your example, yes. Complete stranger to join and is given co or worse handed over leadership. Who's fault is that?????????

Most things you mentioned in the OP do not apply for CoC for the simple reason that you do not get to play with random teammates, but only people that are in your clan. Why punish people that don't attack when you have the option to not play with them ever again? All these would make sense if we got random clanmates.

As both Tinkerbell and i said, you can only get griefed if you allow it.
It's up to you to be careful who you play it.

So, when the newbies make a clan, build it up a bit then a th10 comes along and says give me co and I'll help ur clan, and if u don't I'll leave, u expect them to just say no
That newbie had worked hard to build the clan, then loses it because of a max th10 greifer.
How is it fair that he can report the player and almost guarantee a ban if given with proof.
Yes, for the th7s and higher we know better, but the newbies may end up in a false sense of security.

It's up to you in that case to give a stranger co and let him ruin your clan.
He can only do this if you permit him to.

I concur. The converse would be blaming the ♥♥♥♥ victim for wearing tight jeans, which is clearly wrong. While Tink has a good point (parts of the TOS does cover it), SC's stance on griefing could be more explicit instead of a generic anti-harassment statement.

Apples and oranges friend. Real life crime versus being a dbag on a phone app game. But the scenario you set is contradictory to your stance. The way you just said it.......you set your purse down and walked away, someone stole it. In coc clan thievery, you GIVE the thief your purse........ whether he sweet talked or not, it was given....... not stolen. Sorry mate, but your points are arguing against your points lol
