So I'm to sure if this is a glitch but anyways, I was doing a war raid it war go wipe th8 it was near the end of the raid I dropped balloons I was celebrating cause it was a joke and the balloons WOULD have made it a 3 star
Then I disconnect my Internet was fine I went back into coc I check it and see its a 2star and I was kinda confused so clicked on replay and I waited until I dropped the balloons But they never where dropped they where not in my army camp ♥♥♥

Apparently you lost the connection before you deployed the balloons, the fact that they where not in your camps when you came back on is strange though.
The "disconnected" error message doesnt appear the second you lose connection but some time after, it can take few seconds or even close to a minute. What i cannot explain is why those troops are lost.
