I'm looking to expand our clan from 20-25 people to about 35.

We are 1 year old / clan lvl 6
Co & Elder are earned positions, but there is ability to earn these through loyalty and by being talkative & helping others in the clan, such as participating in Fb group talks, helping newer players learn attack strategies, etc.
Clan is ran as a democracy, as much as possible.

Looking forward to alot of growing in 2016.
We are just over half way to moving on to a Level 7 clan!
We're going to pursue almost doubling in size, hopefully in 2 smaller stages.
And (drumroll please...) We'll be looking to develop our own Web page as the new year progresses...until then we will continue to use our Facebook group.
Lots of opportunities to grow with us!
