I have been on the forums for a while and read many of the "there is not loot" threads. Inevitably, someone would come on and say "learn how to do storage raids, I never have any trouble finding loot!" I actually agreed with this, I never had trouble finding storage raid bases and as a near max TH10 never have trouble getting the loot. Now all I hear is that there will be better storage raids with the new update. How can there be better storage raids if they werent bad before?

Been touting storage raids forever now. Probably one of those you can remember showing up saying learn how to do it. It isn't that they have been bad, but several times now I have heard the devs say that more loot is coming our way. Not sure how, but I'll take more loot than I have been any day!

I have not seen anything to show how storage raid will be better.

Problem is that peeps wanna get a big amount of loot with cheap armies (bam, barch), effective storages raids mostly require giant armies, spells or heroes..

I am way more curious to see what happens with collector raids. I'm really hoping nothing. I depend on these during my boost sessions.

Nothing directly will happen to collector raids. However, you will have much more competition for those bases. Probably translating to less collectors bases available to you.

The economy wasn't bad but for some reason SC has decided to fix something that wasn't broke

The reason some are saying storage raids will be better is because TH snipes will no longer exist meaning more bases (potential bases with good loot storages) will now be able to be raided rather than sitting behind shields.

BTW, storage raids are awesome, but not nearly as time effiencient as barching collectors and TH sniping. Loot per hour for storage raiding has to be and is significantly less than hitting collectors and TH's. It is just good strategy to get loot quicker using cheaper faster cooking armies, for all those saying "you just not good enough to hit storages" is just laughable, that was never the point, it was a matter of time efficiency and not about skill of using huge armies which cost waaaay more cutting into loot profits.

Use an army that takes 1 hr to train and more than 200k elixir to make or Use an army which takes 50k to train and 20 mins to train to get the same amount of loot (maybe more) than the more expensive army.

I know which one I'd prefer.
