    It is farming when you always get their max loot or you wait for the big bases! Sure it's slower because you need the spells, but you'll get boat loads of loot from this strat; I always have when I used it in the past.

    If after eveything you still feel it's too slow, just eat the ten gems from your cleared trees and stuff for faster spells once a week.

    Yes they do, but they have never stopped me before.

    I really have done this strat in the past, and I can't think of any time I wasn't satisfied with the results. As I mentioned before, the only downside had been that you lost trophies and eventually ended up too low to get decent loot any longer. Then it would take a long time to crawl back up the trophy levels to get to good loot again. That won't be an issue anymore!

    The 30% is going to depend on how many buildings they have down, so will be directly correlated to their TH level. Assuming a TH10, if you get everything you will destroy 27 buildings, so I believe that would be 33%. However, I typically get almost all of their storage since I focus them, but find that one or two collectors may still be up when I use this strat. In that case, they would not get 30% needed for shield.

    Again, I can't think of a time I was disappointed with this strat. I always get my main loot target, usually DE and gold, plus most of their other loot. Now I will also be sure to get the TH, and I'm good to roll. Just use the heals to keep the gobs up when they bunch around a target, that keeps them up. Also even if you constantly drop two lines of gobs, it still takes a lot of time to put them all out, so if you hit a giant bomb or three, it's really not a big deal.

    An attacker will not care if they destroy 30% of your base and therefore give you a shield. Makes no difference to them as long as they get the loot.

    Oh my God. If I'm resorted to seeing goblins with jump spells raiding my base every 15 minutes without giving me shield..............

    I respond to this concern on every thread so I guess this thread needs it lol.

    The 3 hour countdown for the PBT only kicks in after you lose your shield. Under the new system you will be able to attack through your shield. You will be able to do far more than one attack before the three hour clock even begins to tick.

    Shields:



    • No shield given from Town Hall destruction
    • [UPDATED] No shield given if attacker does not deploy at least 1/3rd of a full army
      • Full army: Maximum possible space of Army Camp and Heroes (weighted x25 space) of defender TH level

    • 12 hours shield given at 30% destruction
    • 14 hours shield given at 60% destruction
    • 16 hours shield given at 90% destruction
    Hold up did I read the news right, you dont get any loot unless the th is destroyed. I took it as you dont get any loot from the th unless its fully destroyed.
