I'm also from the US and have gotten it several times already. I play on on the iPad 2 if it helps? I think I only started getting the vouchers after I updated it to the newest version though.

sigh i actually got one again but i was doing other stuff so i let the pink ticket stub sit on the ground. 10 mins later i went back to the game and it was gone. if im not wrong, anytime the game reconnects it wont be there anymore so people, if you ever see the ticket, watch immediately!!

I got it several times and each time I ignored it as I didn't pay attention that you actually GOT diamonds for watching. I thought they want me to pay diamond :-)
