No, you cant. Goblins will target the collectors and storages and go around the core. Just because they can target TH, doesn't mean they will.
But maybe if you spend enough gems you can bribe them to go into the core. Hey, that's a good idea! Make all the troops malfunction and not work right unless you spend gems to fix them. That will solve everything!

it all depends on the base, some are lazy and put all their resources on one side

There needs to be a 'Mixed feelings' option
I agree that there should be a mixed feelings option. For the most part, I am satisfied with what Supercell is putting out. The new village guard looks pretty practical, and I won't mind the personal breaks. This game is already a large enough addiction as isKeep it up Supercell. I approve
