Do a mass witches attack with at least 2 golems.. all rage and 1 poison spell. you can add few wizards too to handle clan castle properly...

I am not aware about your troop level however I would do a 2 Golem 28 hog GoHo on this base. There are videos of similar attack that you can refer from the Th9 link in my signature.
