    What this tells us:

    1) Storage raids almost always create a higher profit than TH sniping

    2) Considering that more targets are going to be available after the update, farmers will more easily find targets with full storages and be able to make a profit.

    3) Although I didn't explicitly do the math, you can see that the same rule applies for DE as gold and elixir: if you go for the DE storage, you'll make a bigger profit on DE than if you were just TH sniping.

    I think this shows that while the "free" loot will be gone, plenty of loot that is hidden right now will come into circulation once the update drops. The economy is not going to crash.

    your math is incorrect you forgot to calculate gain per hour while you can snipe almost continously without waiting for an army when full attacking you have to wait if not boosted 10-15 minutes minimum that means 4-8 attacks /h

    i am against th snipe this game was never meant to put th outside and i agree that we have to attack full and take defenses but leaugue bonuses must at leats compansiate for costs so that what we farm can be spent on upgrades not to cover costs

    You could say that that's the whole point of the game's concept itself.

    Yep! Especially during the period where Sneak Peaks were just recently released to the general public.

    The reason why you see most th's inside the base is because most bases have it outside - but they are taken out of circulation very quickly. Just because you see a lot of something doesn't mean it's actually common for this reason that's why I think loot will improve a lot because all us farmers (80% with the outside) are about to get more action!

    everything so far seems ok some how i can digest the changes the only matter that remains is league bonuses

    Attacking with full army or trying to get 3 star is waaaayyy more fun than barching i think barch strategy is very economic yes but is not a strategy at all there is almost no talent in barching i for myself despite i hate barching this is what i used 99% to fully max my th 10 now i am very happy that the game is going to force me to attack wisely thank you SC for this brave step forward not many companies change for better example .. Microsoft

    While forcing us to attack harder... give us much more league bonus and pls make huge bonus for 100% destruction

    At least increase elixir bonus
    example

    Champion 3 instead of 180k u are gonna make it 200k that maybe ok for gold even very good but for elixir is not enough you have to make it around 270-300k and adress DE also the same way

    pls remember elixir is used for armys for upgrades and for donations while gold is used only for upgrades and nexting which is not that much

    To run a healthy and succesful war clan donations is cruisal thing pls reconsider to increase at least elixir bonuses

    An idea for league bonus

    I doubt I am the first one to say this, but this thread is just too big to search.

    I like the idea of progressive league bonus (a lot actually), but I feel there is one very critical change that should be made.

    At higher levels dealing 70% is incredibly difficult, and in war 2 stars at the highest level is generally considered successful.

    I feel if an attacker earns 2 stars they should receive full league bonus, no matter what the % happens to be. This means they did 50%+ damage AND destroyed the town hall. That should be considered a complete success and compensated as such.

    Update still sucks

    The more I think about this new update, the more I hate it. Let me outline the things I hate:
    1.) Loot will be harder to come by -- I know some people think it will be better, but I haven't seen any compelling explanation. On the other hand, there are so many reasons why loot would be harder to get.
    2.) Loot will be harder to keep when storages get close to full -- attackers only attack a village when they have a reason. If an "unworthy" attacker matches with my village, he'll "next." Then a "worthy" attacker will come by and take everything.
    3.) There's now a reason to refrain from defending the base "too well" -- I'm at town hall 9 and I just got attacked by a low town hall 10. I had 3 valks, a balloon, and an archer in my clan castle. The attacker's giants got wasted, followed by all of the attacker's archers, barbarians, and heroes. But the Archer Queen was able to snag over 100K in both gold and elixir (over 200K total resources). But there was only 29% total destruction -- NO SHIELD under the new system. Now my clan castle troops are gone, some of my traps have been triggered, and I've got to bother my clan for some more good troops. What does this mean? I defended my village too well.

    There's been a lot of talk about "fairness." If you really want to make it fair, do it in the matchmaking. Make it so that a TH10 can't attack a TH9. Make it so that an attacker with combined hero level 40 at TH9 doesn't match with a TH9 defender with combined hero level 10. If you want to make it fair, get rid of the bully raids. It's not fair when I attack a Town Hall 8 village with my gobbarch army and steal all of the dark elixir -- the defender has no hope for profiting from a revenge attack. And the defender probably won't be able to get revenge anyway -- I'll have a shield after some TH10 bully comes along and annihilates my village.

    Summary: for the first time since downloading Clash of Clans, I went to visit it at the Google Play Store (TO VIEW SIMILAR APPS).

    Think about the upgrade from the perspective of new Th9 and th10....how can they save enough resources...a th9 wont be able to take th9 with th8 war troops and still save enough elixir for its upgrades...i mean you can destroy at max 2 storages of a th9 with th8 troops..
    so keeping this in mind how can we save 6 million along with other costly upgrades and still use a war army ?
