Clan Leaders' Ability to Edit War Troops

Clan leaders should have the ability to edit war troops donated to other/all clan members' war bases.

Sometimes clan members (or new players) make a mistake or donate the wrong troops in to war castles. Sometimes newer members request farm troops for war castles and others fill their war castles with poor fighters or weak troops. It takes a very long time to get people back on line to dump troops especially in international clans.

The clan leader should have the ability to edit war troops in all of his clan members war castles. This way, the leader can upgrade troops or substitute five L3 wizards for a L4 dragon if he sees fit. Many times, the clan leader has the best troops and can upgrade a L2 Valkyrie, dragon, or wizard with a higher level troops more suited for a war... and more resistant to poison spells!
