In my clan we often face the situation when we are about to start war, and we have too many or too few players that want/don't want to war.

If we had so called "neutral" players, setting up a war with people we can use as space fillers, or exclude if needed, would be great to have.

I like this idea, but only if the neutral sign is actually neutral (grey, that is. yellow... ugh)
