Yes, absolutely yes.
I seem to need this about 80% of the time.
Also, several members want to do this sometimes, but it is hard to remember. And others are quite unhappy to be randomly left out.

As coleader in a war clan I often struggle to even out the numbers. It would be awesome if we had a few reserves that I could count on to fight if opted in, but wouldn't be upset if left out.
Blue? If anything I'm seeing orange - so it's more like a traffic light.
That would certainly make it easier to add or remove people. Great idea!
I like this idea it would make it easier to let the leader know if your king is upgrading or if you are busy.
