This spell will be used only and only to loot other player's resources.
Once dropped by a resource collector, it will start draining the resources.
Cost can be like 20,000 - 25,000 elixir
Time limit should be quite less so that more people do not run into big losses.
Available at Th8 Brewing time should be 35 - 40 minutes.
