If you except to fail, you already failed. Cook some dragons/pekkas/wizard overnight and use some rage spells.

My balloons are level 1, so thats off the table too.
How much DE does he have?
You could triple lightning the AD next to the DE storage and then send in your drags from the right side. Because the top AD is upgrading so would give your drags room.
I like 8 drags and 20 minions but up to you. It's pointless trying to revenge with a farming army so dont bother. Those max wizard towers are intimidating so id go with drags. Tough base though.

I believe you are th8 with lvl5 troops? Sadly, you are close to making it a suicidal mission but you should be able to take two gold storage out.
Either way, have fun and go with ground troops on this one.
