Lvl 7 th just unlocked dragons. Need attack strategy please!

So I finally got some dragons and I can't figure out the best strategy to use them with. I was using 8 dragons and 5 giants but I'm not sure if that's the best option for me. More concerned on gaining resources than gaining trophies. Please help!!

Archers, Barbs, Gobs, Giants, and a couple of wall-breakers worked well.

Then go for bases without x bows pointing up then you deploy lightning spells on ADs then spam archers then spam drags all on the same side
