Reserve a base in war, donations in titan league and from queue unit

I have two suggestions
RESERVE A BASE IN WAR / ASSIGN BASES IN WAR
The way this will work is there will be a BUTTON on the WAR map. You will click on the button, and then the base cannot be attacked by ANY OTHER USER and will show the name. This will make it easy to plan. CO-LEADERS and LEADERS can also assign the bases and also DELETE an user's request to RESERVE A BASE! No more apps, no more communication problems, NICE AND EASY IN WAR ---
DONATION IN TITAN LEAGUE FOR PEOPLE IN CLOUDS! When I am in the clouds in Titan League 1 for 3 hours -- LET ME DONATE MY QUEUE TROOPS!!! to my classmates!
For example:
I have 11 dragons in my CAMPS
I have 2 GOLEMS QUEUE IN MY DE CAMPS
LET ME DONATE the 2 GOLEMS QUEUE in my barracks or ANYTHING QUEUE in my barracks!
Players in clouds cannot donate, and having the ability to donate QUEUE troops will help the clan immensely.
The leaders like me are usually the people with the most trophies and we are needed to help donate! I am tired of coming out of the clouds, to empty camps and then donate a troop for WAR ---
Ideally on the donation screen, we can select troops in our QUEUE barracks which are BUILT ALREADY and WAITING
ACCEPT OR REJECT USERS IN TITAN LEAGUE FOR PEOPLE IN CLOUDS!
ALLOW USERS to ACCEPT or REJECT players requesting in the clan when in the CLOUDS.
Leaders are usually pushing and we don't want to break the cloud and go back to clan chat to accept/reject
