War Opt In/Out Button Modification

I propose that the War Opt In/Out button be changed as follows:

1) The button automatically changes to red (opt out) if the clan member fails to log on to his base after a clan-specified length of time. (Most likely set in days).

2) New clan members button starts as red (opt out).

3) The button defaults back to red after each war.

Yes. By default, new members should not be included in wars.

3) The button defaults back to red after each war.
No. Most players regularly and reliably war.

Also want an up-opted state. Happy to be included or not.
