I think there should be a Wizard king that could be unlocked at Town Hall 10

There should also be a Wizard king with higher Hitpoints and costs 50000 Dark elixir.

I think a Wizard King would be too much; first, it would just be a copy of the queen (ranged hero) and would also sit behind the kind and demolish a base; and second.. this new hero should really bring something new to the game, more than a similar hero to a current one, with perhaps just different stats and different special ability.
