First I want to say rampage doesn't have a auto rage spell around her or anything but is called rampage because she will charge a base and jump walls to attack the cc. Yes her target is the clan castle so if it is in the center of your base she will charge your base and try to get to the center. Most important her weakness is the wizard tower. Wizard towers do ×2 damage to rampage.
