This would make setting up farm wars easier so I don't see this happening.
I came up with an idea just like this not long ago

Absolutely. All you have to do is allow Team A to win the first war. Everyone gets a large war win bonus. Then start another and allow Team B to win. Repeat the process until everyone has a maxed TH 10 in a matter of weeks.
Now if they removed the win bonus for friendly matches, however....
