TH8.75 farm base, need your opinion!

Hey forums! So here I am, a th8.75 (th9 with no xbows yet) and I've been struggling to find a farm base that I really like. So in a weak moment i decided to build on of my own even though I got no experience doing this. I would just like to see your opinions on it as it stands. So far I've had one attack on it, taking out th and going for the 50% but missing all the storages and getting an unlucky 48%.

So tell me guys, what do you think of it? How would you attack it and is there any obvious flaws I'm missing? I know the ads are very unprotected but frankly I never get hit by air, all they do is go for the th or giwi/giarch. Cheers!

It kinda looks like a regular farming base... Also, I'd use GoWiWiPe to get at least a minimum of 3 stars

Well yeah it is a regular farming base haha, and yeah gowiwipe would probably smash it but the point of the base isn't to protect trophies its to protect loot. My war base is totally different

Sorry, the war layout background threw me off. Either way, I think that you should put your townhall in one of the four corners of the actual layout, so then you have better chances of getting sniped.

For a farming base, I think its a bit TOO open, well, for my liking anyways. But, I can understand why its as open as it is. So I guess the base its self is like a 6/10 from my opinion alone.

As flaws go, I just get a feeling that the southern half of the base looks near or close to being empty when it comes to traps, but that just might be my perspective on things.

Sorry, the war layout background threw me off. Either way, I think that you should put your townhall in one of the four corners of the actual layout, so then you have better chances of getting sniped.

Well I have to admit, I've started trapping my th so I'm not going to put it in the corner. The reason for it being close to the base untrapped is for attackers to realize that it is in fact a trap and make a decision if they want to attack it or not. The teslas have been surrounding the th for a while with a lot of hilarious replays.

Yes I decided to keep it open because i want the attackers to fear all the open spaces and what traps may be hiding there. I prefer to keep them guessing hehe. Since I don't have any xbows I'm pretty much stuck with big layouts imo since if I push it all together I feel like it will be alot of easy loot for the attacker.

Trap wise you might be right, I havent tried it out much yet and the traps will most likely move around a bit when I see where the attackers tend to attack more. Thanks for your input I appreciate it!
