There are lot of myths about getting the high loot villages in raids but I have found time of day you raid definitely impacts it. Certain times of day such as UK lunch time are terrible, unfortunately this is when I like to play. The theory why loot is better sometimes and not at others is that it depends on how any others are raiding at the same time as there are limited big loot villages. Supercell can you do something about this please. Any one else notice this issue?
SC can't really do anything about it because of the mechanics of shields and the fact that you can't force people to play...
lol seriously...there's no way to address this that I can think of. You can't leave bases that don't have a shield out of matching, and the percentages, caps, and production rates are all pretty well balanced already. Maybe move to a different league for a little while if you're having trouble finding bases worth raiding.

Yes there are certain time of that where there will be less loot available. I just have to try to find a base or find another time that you can be on your devise playing on this game with loot

Clash forcaster is great but unless you don't have a life outside Clash can be of limited help. I'm wondering if a solution is in the matching algorithm or shield length or revenge whilst others have shields.
