New Th8/9/10 War clan recruiting

Hello, our new clan vVv just opened it's doors to th8/9/10 players who know or are willing to learn 3 star strategies.
I'll shortly introduce myself, then i'll talk about the clan and introduce you to our mentality and finally i'll describe the player profile we are looking for .
I] About the leader.
I am Chris, I'm a 22 year old student and I have been playing Clash of clan for more than 3 years now. Right before I created this clan I was co-leader and even leader for a while of a french war Clan called "Fanatics". When I first joined the clan more than a year ago the average war win rate was about 40-50%. I introduced the clan to 3 star stategies (such as goho, golaloon, govaho, and so on...). After a few months of training our win rate went up to about 90%.
A few days ago, a huge disagreement appered between leaders and co leaders and after days of talking we couldn't find a solution so a decided to leave the clan I have helped building for over a year.
II]About the clan.
First, when you'll want to join, you'll probably see that some of our recruits don't fit the requirements of a typical war clan. Well, those players are my familly and followed me in this new project. What we would like to be is a 100% War clan but not "Hardcore clashers". We still want to enjoy the game as a whole and not put all of our time and effort into it. We still take this game lightly but try to beat every single clan we are facing in war.
III]What kind of players are we looking for ?
First of all we are looking for players who enjoy this game and more importantly are willing to progress and to get better in the game(mainly in wars).
-I have some experience as a war player and am more than glad to give some advices.-
We are of course looking for active players who participate in the clan life.
Players who only know about gowipe and only WANT to know about gowipe may not be suited for this clan. HOWEVER, if they are willing to learn other strtegies (who aim for 3 stars) they are more than welcome!
If you are a TH10 all we ask from you is that you are capable of 2 starring any TH10. (3 stars are very hard at this level).

-King 10
-Walls 7
-dragon 3
-Pekka 3
-Balloons 5
As a TH9 :
-Added hero lvl 30
-Walls 8
As well as all war troops fully upgraded (Golem, lava hound, balloons, hogs, witches)
As a TH10 :
-Added Hero lvl 45
-walls 9
And just like TH9, all war troops must be fully upgraded.
