We wanna co leather's grading for example leader able to grant grade to co-leader in appearance but no important what access is.
No need to chang access.
Please check it then action it if u can.

If I got it right, you want to be able to give the title, but not the powers. My question is, why? If they are not fit to have the powers, why would they be to have the title?

I am not sure what you mean ... but....
Do you want Leader to approve any changes made by co ?
If you don’t trust your co, just demote/don’t promote them. Simple.
Unless they can do their job with autonomy, they are not useful to you or the clan.
