Hogs+Drag combo attacks on TH8 and TH7 base

Hello frnds. the usual strategy that everyone follows to 3 star TH7 and TH8 is all drags attack, which i find very boring....have been experimenting a bit with hogs+drag composition and this strategy is very good.

with this strategy even th7 can 3 star th8 max base. m posting some links pls chheck it out and let me know your views.

My shield expired a few minutes ago and someone attacked me with

24 lvl4 hogs, 4 lvl 3 drags, 2 lvl 5 heal spells and 1 lvl2 CC drag.

The available loot was 31,000 of gold, 301K of elixir and 2000 of DE.

They got 17000 G, 475 E and 207 DE.

Like me I guess he wasn't that good. My worst raid so far was a failed raid on a TH 7, I'm a TH8 with max gibarch and rage. I went for the DE and got none of it.

looks like the attacker didnt knew how to raid with hogs......with lvl2 hogs you can attack th8...as posted in the video
