Blur I am going to start handing out a iTunes gift card Bi-Weekly. How do you determine your winners? Been brainstorming on how I am going to do it.

we have 6 leaders so 3 donate this push, the other 3 donate the following push so we are only throwing in every other mo. We also aren't eligible for winning it (us 6 are always in the top ten)
Country is an issue so if we have a leader in the winners country, we buy a itunes gift card code and email them. If not we just send it via paypal. Its effective for morale and doing it as a raffle makes it so that anyone could win and not just our high lvl100+ guys.

how / why give cards for farmers? isnt that an everyone for themselves?
