We need a button in the profile that says I'm neutral. When the leader starting the war needs to add or subtract players to get to a multiple of 5 they will be able to see who's okay with being left out or added in. Perhaps an I'm out (neutral) or I'm in (neutral) would let the leader know their preference but still say you're willing to go the other way if needed.
