Supercell is not adding any more flags because of lag.

Here is a statement from SuperCell regarding this topic:

We'd love to include all the national flags of the world, but doing so would take up the necessary space required to make Clash such a comprehensive, and smooth flowing game.


Due to the massive amount of flag requests we receive, we might not be able to add each and every one to the game; but, we will certainly do our best to feature new flags whenever possible.

In other terms SC will not be adding flags due to performance issues. Sorry!
