Golaloon at th9 is balanced.
queen walk with laloon on the back side is very difficult but possible at th10.
Hard yet possible 3 star raids, Loons dont need a buff.
Th11 40/40/20 heroes, working on magmas
Th9 30/30heroes 69k #nopekkas

Personally, I think it is fine as is since it still requires careful execution for a desired result.
