Hi i own this clan which is lvl 2 going on lvl 3!
And i have 26 members right now.. And it seems really hard to get more than that. Ive gotten up to 33 but it went back down to 26!! Btw most of my members are lvl 50 and above with more than 50 donates.

Is this a normal event for low level clans?

you will get more members as you win more clan wars and the clan levels up
