In a new clan, should they be recruiting low level member and slowly get hight level member?

Or

Get high level members from the start till the end

Which would be more successful??

your clan's success would depend on the number of wars won. There is an equal chance of high and low level players to suck at wars/ attacking strategy....but if u start recruiting higher level players obviously the clan would face tougher opponents in war

I have found inviting a mix between th6-th9 to work well. Th10 will come and go until you reach lvl 5. Try to keep a good balance with Th's. You dont want to be top heavy in war. If you have 4 th9, 2 th8, and 3 th7 and a th6...you will not get matched very evenly. Thus making war extremely difficult. Goodluck!

I think solid th7s and 8s are the way to go. mix in a few higher and lower levels if you can.

We are a new clan that has pulled in mostly th9s. They've been great sold members but it's made war difficult. We are a level 1 clan going up against level 6s and 7s. We've been in every war so far but not having the troop upgrade has made things a lot harder.

My initial plan was to try and get mostly new players and ths to grow in the clan but I can't find them anywhere- let me know if you do and where they are hiding!

What lvl are you? I can only assume you are a high lvl. I like a mix and the right mix will depend on what lvl you are and your current clan mates.
