Ambitious Reasonably Normal 30+ Adult for Lvl8 244-Win War Clan
We're a 2-year-old clan with 244 war wins and perk level 8, comprised of mixed townhalls.
For us, a good personality fit is the main criteria for perspective members. If you're ambitious and willing to work, anyone can become a better attacker. We want someone who has the drive and energy to adapt to the game's challenges, and the good humor and likability to make us want to be around you at all hours of the night and day. Preferably, you're proficient at your townhall level and you are comfortable at attacking targets above your level. Our clan is 21+, but I really wanted to target 30-, 40-, 50-somethings and above with this thread. If you're overworked and need to escape the responsibilities of the real world by constantly smashing pixelated villages, so much the better. We look forward to cheering along with you.
We chat via Groupme with all prospective members to assure a good fit for both us and for you. You'll be expected to continue to use Groupme for clan communication. You don't have to chat a lot, but we'd like to be able to get ahold of you and we share much information this way. Sometimes it takes a couple days before we can meet up and talk especially around weekend schedules. Although I won't delay you unnecessarily, if you need to have a clan right now and can't wait, it's probably best not to apply. We're looking for long-term members with the patience to weather any setbacks and to adjust to whatever the game throws at us.

Who needs performance reviews and wondering whether you'll survive the next round of layoffs? There's enough of that in real life. If you're struggling, we won't throw you overboard -- we'll support you and help you -- imagine! We still manage to be successful enough for us, and we are very competitive -- 269 wins so far.
